Working in Coca‑Cola HBC, since 1995, right after university graduation. Started on a “management trainee” program in sales in Sofia, Bulgaria. Worked on positions in sales with increased responsibility. Appointed as National Key Accounts Manager in 1998 and established the unit in Bulgaria. Appointed, as General Manager of “Bourgas Bottling Company” in 2000. After the merger of all local bottling companies, as Coca‑Cola HBC Bulgaria in 2002, worked as Country Marketing Manager and Country Commercial Manager. Appointed General Manager of Russia’s “North-West Region” in 2008, appointed as “Moscow Region” General Manager in 2011. Since 2014 working, as Coca‑Cola HBC Baltic Countries’ General Manager.
Ernesto joined the CCH's Family in 2000 as budget analyst for the Italian Operation. After 10 years working in the home country and gaining experiences in various Finance roles as Financial Reporting Manager, Operation Financial Controller, Budget Manager and Finance Vending Business Unit Manager, he pursued new challenges in the Swiss operation as Financial Controller and Budget Manager where he stayed in the role for 3 years.
In July 2015, Ernesto returned to the Italian BY to the role of Senior Financial Controller before joining Baltic team on position of Baltic CFO.
Radomir have been working since 2000 in Coca‑Cola Hellenic, when he joined Serbian bussiness unit on position of Business Developer.
After 13 year work in a home country on various Sales positions as Team leader, KA Manager, Field Sales Manager in December 2013 has been relocated to Kyiv, Ukraine to position of National KA Manager. In Ukraine he stayed 3,5 years before joining Baltic team on position of Baltic Sales Manager.
Luulea Laane joined Coca‑Cola HBC in spring 2017 and have been enjoying the professional team and variety of challenges ever since. Her responsibilities include leading Public Affairs and Communication team in Baltics, with the challenges in the regulatory field, promoting our products and sustainable way of doing business and helping other functions to communicate with their stakeholders.
Marija started working in Coca‑Cola HBC in 1998 in a temporary position for 1 year as Commercial Excellence Manager.
On her current position - Baltic Commercial Excellence Manager - she has been working from August, 2016.
Erika started working in Coca‑Cola HBC in February 2015 on the same position as she currently is, although the name of the position has changed - she started as Baltic Legal Counsel and now her position is Baltic Legal Manager.
Maria joined Coca‑Cola HBC as a HR Manager for the Baltic Countries in January 2017. By now Maria have worked during her career in all HR pillars from Compensation and Benefits and Employee Relations to the Organizational Development. Maria have also worked as a business consultant, facility manager, service manager, and in different industries like IT, Telecommunication, Casino and the Printing industry.
Agnieszka's first experience in Coca‑Cola HBC was in January 2001 until 2005 when her first position in Group was Buyer. Agnieszka returned back in the Company in August 2012 and now she is holding Cluster Procurement Manager position for Poland and Baltics.
Allar Kahju joined Coca‑Cola HBC in March 2018. He was previously Supply Chain director for Rimi in Estonia and before that Logistics Manager for Selver. After 10years in retail business leading Supply Chain operations, he became a Baltic Supply Chain Services manager in Coca‑Cola HBC.
